Risk assessments are used to show the different risks you could encounter when recording in that location, how dangerous they are and how to prevent them.

A shot list is a list of the different shots that you need to record and where you will record them.

Location recces are used to show off information on the place that you are recording in.

Production schedules are used to give you an idea of what needs to be done and when it needs to be done.
